Now Playing: I Heart Resident Evil 4 (ft. The Sphere Hunter, Residence of Evil, and More!)

Third-person camera mode is coming to Resident Evil Village alongside the game’s upcoming DLC, which also features a brand-new story as well as new mercenaries. The DLC is scheduled to launch on October 28.

A demo for Resident Evil Village’s third-person mode is now available. You can only play the demo for a total of 60 minutes, so make sure you don’t lollygag.

The new gameplay for Resident Evil 4 showcases protagonist Leon first entering the Ganados village, focusing on his first major encounter with the infected villagers. The encounter is as tense as it was in the original RE4, seeing Leon needing to board up doors and leap across rooftops to buy himself enough time to turn around and put a few shots into his pursuers.
