Suikoden 1 & 2 HD Remaster Release Date Postponed
The much-anticipated HD remaster of the classic Suikoden 1 & 2 video games has been postponed. Originally slated for release in late 2020, the remaster was pushed back to an undisclosed date due to the current global pandemic.
The original Suikoden 1 & 2 were released in 1995 and 1998 respectively, and have since become cult classics among RPG fans. The games are set in a fantasy world and feature a unique battle system that allows players to recruit up to 108 characters to join their party. The remaster was set to feature enhanced graphics, improved sound quality, and new content.
The postponement of the remaster is a disappointment for many fans who have been eagerly awaiting its release. However, the decision to delay the game was made with the safety of the development team in mind. With many countries still under lockdown, it would have been difficult for the team to complete the game on schedule.
In the meantime, fans can still enjoy the original versions of Suikoden 1 & 2. The games are available on various platforms, including the PlayStation Network and Steam. Additionally, Konami has released a teaser trailer for the remaster, giving fans a glimpse of what they can expect when it is eventually released.
While many fans are disappointed by the postponement of the Suikoden 1 & 2 HD remaster, it is important to remember that the safety of the development team must come first. With any luck, the game will be released soon and fans will be able to enjoy the enhanced version of this classic RPG.
