Dying Light 2 Is Just $20 At Walmart Right Now

Though Dying Light 2 has had a few big discounts since launch back in February, this week’s deal on Dying Light 2 is most likely the best price you’ll see for the game during Black Friday. At Walmart, you can grab Dying Light 2 for just $20 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

Unlike the many other zombie apocalypse games on the market, Dying Light 2 takes a unique spin on the genre by giving you a wealth of parkour options to use to get around city streets that are crawling with infected people. Not just handy for hopping over obstacles and sliding past barriers, parkour also gives you an edge in combat as you narrowly evade taking damage and rebound with stylish counterattacks.

The world of Dying Light 2 is also just begging to be explored, although you will want to be careful as once the sun goes down, as more volatile and dangerous zombies will emerge to give you a hard time. When you’re not scavenging for resources and dealing with bandits, Dying Light 2 also has a cool story for you to engage with and some hard decisions to make as you shape the world around you, for better or worse.

With the new Bloody Ties DLC having recently released and developer Techland planning to support the game for years, now is a great time to dive into the undead fun. For more specials, you can check out all the Bethesda games on sale, grab Soul Hackers 2 for just $29, and score the latest Saints Row for just $35.

“Dying Light 2 is a perplexing game,” Mark Delaney wrote in GameSpot’s Dying Light 2 review. “Its story and characters are headache-inducing, and it appears to lack polish in many areas. But even a dozen hours after I rolled credits, I’ve found myself going back to the game to do another parkour challenge, rummage through another abandoned science lab, or just see if I can get from Point A to Point B without ever hitting the ground. It’s rough around the edges and it asks players to invest a lot in its weakest element, but once you realize the story, like gravity, is only going to pull you down, you can begin to defy it and enjoy the things Dying Light 2 actually does well.”
